I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Carré d'Aix for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. I was originally supposed to stay with a friend who had to cancel, but thankfully I was able to take advantage of their cancellation and enjoy a much-needed break from my routine. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The location of the hotel was definitely its strongest point, being centrally located near a commercial center and the train station. This proved to be very convenient for exploring the city and finding great dining options. Additionally, the basic facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The lift to the 4th floor was a nice touch, and the friendly manager, Betrard, was always just a quick phone call away. I had a wonderful time at Le Carré d'Aix and would highly recommend it.

The rooms on the first four floors are of good quality and kept clean. Plus, there is a lift that will take you up to the fourth floor. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, which is great if you're traveling with just one device. the location and facilities of this hotel make it a convenient choice for a stay in the city.

The manager's attitude towards guests leaves much to be desired.

We explored the vibrant city, and the hotel's central location made it super convenient. We had a blast going to the local clubs and experiencing the buzzing nightlife. The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The cherry on top? They had free Wi-Fi, so we could stay connected and share our adventures on social media!

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be a more vibrant party atmosphere at the hotel. While the city offered plenty of party options, it would have been amazing to have a happening bar or a social space within the hotel itself.

The free WiFi and minibar were great amenities that added convenience to our stay. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location of the room offered us views of the bustling street, giving us a vibrant atmosphere.

Personally, we would have preferred a private shower instead of a shared one, but it's just our preference!

The hotel had a charming old-fashioned vibe, with beautifully decorated rooms that capture the essence of old French houses. The host was incredibly helpful, giving us great recommendations for local activities and even pointing us towards the best place in town to try raclette. The location was also fantastic, right in the center of town and close to a plethora of restaurants and shops. Plus, the price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodations.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. First, the walls weren't soundproofed very well, as we could hear the television from the neighboring room quite loudly when we were trying to sleep.

Charming hotel, helpful host, and adorable theme. Loved being in the heart of town. Convenient for restaurants and the train station.

Walls were so thin, I had the pleasure of listening to my neighbor's TV all night.
